Our Salon Policy
At Dream In Color, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. Please provide a 24 hour cancelation, to avoid cancelation fees, no show fees, and/or deposits for rescheduling. Fees and deposits consist of 50% of scheduled services. Deposits are non refundable unless authorized by service provider and are subject to processing & refund fees.
All sales of any kind (service, retail & gift cards) are final. NO REFUNDS. We ask that if changes to the service need to be made, they are addressed within one hour of the completion of service; thereafter services are finalized. Gift cards are strictly nonrefundable and hold a cash value for use on services and retail products.
All Service providers are booth renters and independent stylists. Therefore, all disputes and changes must be handled directly with the service provider who performed the services and took payment.
Some providers DO NOT except credit card tips. If you would like to tip these service providers, we ask you do so via cash or one of their virtual tipping options. All staff have QR code tipping choices for conveniency.
